| CURTIS L. SMITH maintains a major products liability and insurance defense and coverage practice, having litigated in state and federal courts since 1977. Mr. Smith also has an extensive practice in the areas of negligence, employment and labor law, premises liability, and commercial and business litigation. He has direct experience in alternative dispute resolution having served on the Arbitration Panel for the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Mr. Smith is an active member of the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute, where he is a member of the Products Liability Committee and serves as Chair of the Automotive Specialized Litigation Group. He is a member of the Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations. | |
