| JAMES W. DOBBS joined the firm in February 1999 having previously served as in-house legal counsel for a group of property and casualty insurance companies. In this capacity, Mr. Dobbs counseled management on litigation, coverage and regulatory compliance issues and monitored legislation and judicial decisions impacting the insurance industry in a 17-state region. An experienced litigator, Mr. Dobbs also represents clients in the regulatory and administrative arenas. He has extensive experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. | |
