| MICHAEL C. STEWART assumed Of Counsel status following the merger of Stewart & Elder with Chubbuck Smith & Rhodes. Mr. Stewart has practiced law since 1964 in the areas of Trucking Casualties, Products Liability, Property and Casualty, Nursing Home Liability and Electric Utilities. In addition, Mr. Stewart has an extensive practice in the area of mediation service. He is a recipient of the Lawyers' Lawyer Award, The Law and You Foundation and is a Fellow: American College of Trial Lawyers. He served as an Assistant U.S. District Attorney from 1964-1967. He is a member of the Oklahoma County and Oklahoma Bar Associations, serving on the OBA Uniform Jury Instruction Committee and Professional Responsibility Tribunal. He is also a member of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel. | |
