| SCOTT M. RHODES has practiced defense representation in all areas of insurance law and coverage since 1979. His practice also includes employment law and representation of not-for-profit organizations. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma college of Law, he previously served as a member of the legal staff of the Oklahoma Insurance Commission. From 1989-1992 he served as Defense Liaison Counsel coordinating complex asbestos litigation. He is a member of the Arbitration Panel of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Mr. Rhodes is a past President and Director of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel. In addition, he is a member of the Oklahoma County and Oklahoma Bar Associations, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and the Trucking Industry Defense Association. | |
